Shipping Policy

At Farmasi Beauty Influencer, we want to get your product orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's what you need to know: • All items in your order must be shipped to a single address. • In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days after the order is received. • Tracking information is sent to you as soon as your order ships. • If any items in your order are out of stock, the full amount will be refunded to you. • A valid address is required for all deliveries. • We ship to all listed countries. • You can choose your own carrier and shipping speed. If you select Standard Shipping, we will determine the carrier. We reserve the right to change the delivery company to a faster or higher-quality service for operational reasons. • All sales and use taxes are based on the destination location. The estimated tax amount for your order can be found on the checkout screen. • The only service available for the Virgin Islands, Guam, and Army Post Office addresses is USPS. For Puerto Rico, we offer delivery via FedEx and USPS. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes must be via USPS. • You can also choose to pick up your order by selecting the "Order Pickup" option at checkout. This option only appears when a Florida shipping address is selected. Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours and available for pickup within 3 business days of being packed. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be returned. Order Pickup has a handling fee of $3.99 per order. • It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when placing an order.
